Thanksgiving is a free holiday meal and fellowship for Etowah County residents.
When volunteers arrive to deliver a meal on Thanksgiving Day, they deliver more than a hot meal. For those who are homebound and alone, a visit by a volunteer delivering a meal may be the only smile they receive that day from anyone. This is the magic of this event that is held on Thanksgiving Day. This tradition began in 1998 and has grown to an event that takes place at multiple locations around the area for any resident to attend. See the list below for the current locations as of 2022.
